Welcome to Newtap. By creating an account or using our website and apps, you agree to these terms.
You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity on your account. The content you put on your cards stays yours; you give us permission to host and display it so we can show your card to the people you share it with. Don't publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, and don't impersonate someone else.
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans (billed monthly or yearly through Stripe on the web, or through Apple on iOS) unlock additional features and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing — you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Store purchases follow the store's own refund policies.
Don't abuse the service: no spam, scraping, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling without permission, or using lead capture to collect data unlawfully. You are responsible for complying with the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to the contacts you collect.
We work hard to keep Newtap fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and you may stop using the service at any time (Settings → Account deletes your data).
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-product and continued use means acceptance. Questions: admin@newtap.me.
