Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Newtap app and sign in.
2. Open the menu (☰) and go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Delete on the web

1. Sign in at newtap.me.
2. Go to Account and choose Delete account.

Or ask us

Email admin@newtap.me from your account email with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your cards and their photos, captured contacts and leads, analytics history, and sign-in credentials. Active subscriptions are cancelled. Invoices and payment records that we are legally required to retain (processed by Stripe) are kept for the statutory retention period; they contain billing details only, not your card content.
